After years of leadership managing and operating multimillion-dollar businesses, along with extensive experience in the home inspection industry, founder Jim Kennedy envisioned something different for Home Safe Property Inspections. He wanted to combine proven leadership and technical expertise with a more caring and considerate approach.
Together with his son, Eli, Jim built Home Safe around a simple philosophy: treat every client like family and provide the peace of mind you would want for your own.

Yes. Florida requires home inspectors to be licensed through the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). Our inspectors hold all required Florida licenses and maintain continuing education requirements to keep those licenses active and current.
